1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site (https://toridawson.com) and your purchase of our products and services. By using the Site or purchasing anything, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy above. If you disagree, please do not use the Site or purchase our offerings.

2. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Site or purchase our products/services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have full capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Products and Services
We offer digital products (such as downloadable workbooks, devotionals), coaching programs (including self-paced clarity resets, 12-week signature programs, application-only mastermind groups), memberships, and photography services. Each product or service may have additional terms on its sales page which supplement these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product or service at any time, with or without notice.

4. Orders, Payment, Refunds, Subscriptions, Cancellations
All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
Payment must be made through the checkout process we designate; you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Prices are as stated at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but you will pay the price listed when you purchase.

Refunds: Unless stated otherwise on the applicable sales page, purchases (especially digital downloads or self-paced programs) are final and non-refundable once access is granted. For coaching or membership services you may see additional refund policies on those pages.

Subscriptions / Memberships / Auto-billing: If you sign up for a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize us to bill the payment method you provide at the intervals described. You may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@toridawson.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We are not obligated to provide a refund for that billing period once access has been given.
Cancellation or termination of services: We may terminate or suspend your access to a product or service if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or disruptive conduct. You may also cancel your own access in accordance with the cancellation instructions on the applicable product/service page.

5. License and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in our products/services — such as text, graphics, logos, audio, video, downloads — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
When you purchase access to a digital product or service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise stated). Our coaching programs, digital products, and content are designed to help you grow in purpose, leadership, and spiritual calling. They are not legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. If you require legal, medical or psychological support or advice, you should consult a licensed professional in the relevant field. Use of our services does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site, products and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied (to the fullest extent permitted by law).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or products/services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
