The background is simple, classic and elegant - and will highlight your players personality. Instead of forcing a cheesy grin, the players will be encouraged to be themselves and will never be forced to smile.

Picture Day Schedule
The Schedule is organized by date - please find your team below.
You’ll want to make sure to have your player there at the start of individual time so there is plenty of time to get to each player before the on-ice team picture at the start of practice. Generally, this means that individual picture times start 1 hour before a regularly scheduled practice - we realize some of the times are early due to early practice times - please just do your best to be there as early as possible. Registration is at the bottom of this page.
What You Need To Know For Individual Pictures:
Safety: Please follow the rules at the rink you are being photographed at with regards to any masks and social distancing requirements.
Arrival: When players enter the rink, please check in at the photo registration table. Once you check in, you will be directed to the lobby of Rink 2 at Carmel, or one of two party rooms at Fishers or AZ.
Dress: When your player comes to get photographed, please have your player fully dressed, with straightened jersey’s and hair styled / combed.
Bring your helmet, but don’t wear it until instructed - the last picture is helmet on. Skates are NOT necessary, unless you are a goalie - due to the type of pictures for goalies, please wear your goalie skates. Because of the number of players, there isn’t time for readjustments when it’s your turn for photography - make sure you player looks their best while in line for photography.
After your picture: the individual picture is taken, we ask you for the safety of players and for the good flow of the picture process, please do not congregate in the picture area or party room. As usual, locker rooms will be available 15 minutes before practice time.
What You Need To Know For Team Pictures:
Coaches will choose what game jersey to wear.
Team pictures will be done promptly the first 5-10 minutes of practice on the ice. Please make sure you are in the rink early for the team picture. If your team is able to go on the ice a few minutes early then the team picture will be taken early. Please do not arrive late, we will not retake a team picture once we have left the ice.

My goal every year remains the same - your team will have personalized service and a boutique experience at an affordable price. Sports Photography doesn’t have to be expensive or a “canned” experience!

Your Hockey Session FAQs
Of course! Please make sure you add the additional player(s) to the registration form below when you register. I will photograph the siblings together and individually.
You will be e-mailed the link to a private proofing gallery within 4 weeks from your session. There will be 5-10 images of your player in the gallery. Images will be in both color and black and white. I do not choose which photos you purchase; you do. You will be able to order digital files directly from your gallery. If you would like to order prints of your digital downloads we will provide you a link to a preferred professional printer to have prints made. The good news is prints and trinkets will ship straight to your door. The ordering process is simple and secure. Please make sure you place your order before your gallery closes. You will receive email reminders about your galleries availability, and a reminder before the gallery closes - please make sure to check your Junk or SPAM folder.
