It was a lovely evening in Carmel for this engagement session. Unfortunately, poor Ross had food poisoning and was not feeling 100%. But he did the best he could and you can’t even tell in the images that he was under the weather. This engagement session was literally just a week before their wedding so we didn’t have a lot of time to work with. And rescheduling was not an option.
These two are one of the sweetest and nicest couples. I have known Ross for many years and I have never seen him so smitten with anyone until Kelsey. Kelsey is just a joy. She is incredibly thoughtful and kind. I love how she lights up when Ross steps into the room. They are a perfect match.
We photographed in 2 locations at this session. First we started in West Clay and we used several spots there and then we headed to West Park. We spent very little time in the park because poor Ross was feeling so badly and I knew we had so many beautiful images.
