You are doing the job, managing the team, attending the meetings. But nobody ever sat down and actually taught you how to lead the people.
You sense a deeper calling on your life, but between the demands of the role and the noise of everything else, that whisper keeps getting crowded out.
The coaching you have received was built from a male framework that quietly treats your relational wiring and emotional intelligence as liabilities instead of assets.
These are not workbooks you read through once and set on a shelf. They are tools you come back to. Here is what you are actually working with.
A bit of whats inside:
And so much more!
A bit of whats inside:
And so much more!
You are in leadership and still wondering what you are actually called to
You want to lead from who God made you, not from someone else's playbook
You are ready to do the actual work, not just read about it
You are a Christian woman in ministry, marketplace, or nonprofit leadership
You want tools rooted in Scripture, not generic coaching content
You want honest reflection questions, not inspiration without application
This is for...
You want a quick fix with no real self-examination
You are looking for a checklist instead of a process
You are not open to Scripture speaking into your leadership
You need something that will just make you feel better without changing anything
You want generic self-help repackaged with a Bible verse at the top
This is not for...
Not because they lacked talent. Because nobody had ever discipled them in leadership. Nobody taught them what it actually takes to build a team, navigate authority, lead with courage, and still stay in relationship.
After six years in the Army Medical Corps, two decades in ministry, and building a six-figure business from the ground up, I launched Pursuing the Call out of one conviction: God did not call these women this far to wing it.
These workbooks are what I wish someone had handed me. They are biblical, practical, and built to go somewhere. Not read once and feel good. Do the work and actually lead differently.
“There isn’t a single situation where I can’t rely on Tori. She has an incredible ability to meet me exactly where I am, with advice that’s always timely, relevant, and deeply personal to me and my goals." - Gabby K.
What women usually ask before they order.
No. If you sense a calling on your life and want clarity on what God is building in you, Foundations of Calling is exactly the right starting point. Shaped for Purpose is especially valuable for women who are stepping into or growing in leadership of any kind, including ministry, business, or community.
If you are still discerning your calling and purpose, start with Foundations of Calling. If you are already leading and want to go deeper into biblical models for leadership, start with Shaped for Purpose. They are designed to work together but stand completely on their own.
Shaped for Purpose is designed with a small group pathway built in. Each section covers roughly one to two weeks of study, making it a natural fit for a six to eight week women's ministry series. For ministry or coaching program use, a licensing agreement is required. Reach out to tori@toridawson.com to inquire.
All Scripture references throughout both workbooks use the ESV (English Standard Version).
The workbooks are self-paced tools you work through on your own timeline. Coaching is a relationship where we go deeper, faster, in real time, into your actual situation. Many women start with a workbook and then move into coaching. Foundations of Calling is also available bundled with a 60-minute 1:1 call if you want that combination.
The workbooks are delivered as downloadable digital PDFs. You can print them at home or at a print shop, or work through them digitally.
