I loved photographing this engagement session. Quentin and Anna are beautifully matched and I have really enjoyed getting to know them and their story better. They have been together for more than 7 years and are high school sweethearts. Can you believe they were so worried about being in front of the camera. Seriously they were so easy to work with and were natural in front of the camera. We ended up with so many beautiful images.
Anna has a genuine joy and piercing blue eyes. When she looks at you its like she can see through your soul. Not in a negative way, bit in a way where she connects with you on a deep level. Quentin, is a “the glass is half full” kinda of guy. Nothing seems to bother him and he is game to try anything. He just lives life fully.
It was a really windy and chilly day at the time of this session which made some challenges , but they didn’t let it bother them. This is only a taste of the images they received. I am really please with how many beautiful image I was able to deliver for them. And I would be lying if I said I wasn’t excited to capture their wedding later this spring.
I have really enjoyed this season of photographing couples. You know I mostly work with moms and families, but walking with couples just starting their married journey has been fun and inspiring.
